How Championship Pick’Em works

Choose this format when your group wants to predict the champions without organizing a live fantasy draft.

  1. Create your private contest.

The commissioner chooses Championship Pick’Em Contest and an available tournament, then invites participants from SETTINGS → League Member Controls.

  2. Pick ten champions. Rank your confidence.

Choose one wrestler at each of the ten weights in PICK’EM. Arrange all ten cards from 10 points for your most confident choice down to 1 point for your least confident.

  3. Submit before picks lock.

Review your selections and submit before the contest’s displayed lock time. Follow brackets and results, then see which correct champions earn points in the league standings.

Back your biggest calls

Confidence changes what a correct pick is worth.

A correct champion earns the confidence points assigned to that weight. An incorrect champion earns zero. Each confidence value from 10 down to 1 is used once, for a maximum of 55 points.

For example: your 10-point and 7-point choices win their titles, while your 9-point choice does not. Those three picks contribute 17 points to your total.

Keep an eye on the contest’s opening and lock controls. The commissioner manages league setup and results, while each participant submits their own picks.

Before you make your picks

Can two participants choose the same wrestler?

Yes. This format uses individual champion selections rather than an exclusive draft. Participants may choose the same champion and assign different confidence values to that weight.

Is Championship Pick’Em the same as Finals Pick’Em?

No. Championship Pick’Em is a standalone contest with champion predictions and confidence points before the tournament. Optional Finals Pick’Em lives inside a Fantasy Tournament League, uses the established finalists, and awards one point per correct champion.

Does every tournament offer a national contest?

No. National Championship Pick’Em is offered only for qualifying standalone NCAA Championship contests. Other tournament contests stay within their own league. A national entry requires a deliberate submission; joining a league does not automatically enter you.

Can I try the contest without registering?

Yes. The Championship Pick’Em preview shows a completed example with confidence selections, brackets, and standings. It is read-only, so your exploration does not submit picks or create a league.
